First Wave Logic processes booking, operator, and communications data to deliver the platform. This public summary should be treated as draft commercial language until reviewed by counsel and aligned with live data flows.
1. Information processed
The platform may process names, email addresses, phone numbers, trip selections, booking history, waiver details, payment metadata, staff access records, push-device tokens, connector payloads, and operational notes needed to run reservations and day-of workflows.
2. Why data is used
Data is used to create and manage bookings, coordinate staff operations, send transactional communications, support refund and reschedule workflows, reconcile payments, improve reliability, investigate abuse, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations.
3. Processors and infrastructure
Depending on configuration, data may be processed through infrastructure and service providers such as hosting vendors, payment processors, messaging providers, notification providers, analytics or logging systems, and connector platforms authorized by the client.
4. Mobile and notification data
If the crew mobile app is used, device identifiers, app version data, authentication tokens, and push-notification tokens may be stored so staff can receive operational alerts and approvals.
5. AI and messaging features
If chat or AI-assisted workflows are enabled, guest or operator messages may be processed to provide support, suggest actions, or route issues to staff. Platform and operator configurations control whether actions are merely suggested, submitted for approval, or executed automatically.
6. Retention and access
Records may be retained for operational continuity, reporting, fraud prevention, audit support, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backup recovery. Exact retention windows should be defined in final production policies.
7. Client-controlled data
Outfitter clients control the booking policies, waiver text, pricing, and service rules presented to their guests. They remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information they submit to the platform.
8. Requests and notices
Requests involving privacy rights, security concerns, or formal legal process should be routed through designated company channels and handled under the finalized production policy set.
